Brogan's Birthday Party

We got to go to Brogan's Birthday party tonight at the bowling alley. It was quite the get-together with a lot of Jaron's family there....except Greg, Michelle, and Whitney :(. But we had a good time.

Jaron got to use his Coleman talent of visiting..... I swear he could strike up a conversation with a complete stranger and talk for hours.

This was about the only pic I got of Kydan the entire night. He was sure enjoying his pizza.
Jager was a very good boy and waited paitently for us to eat before going down to bowl.
However, it was very tempting to him and he was just amazed to watch everyone play.

When dad was finished eating Jager got his turn to roll the ball a few times and loved it!

....and a few times was about all it took. He turned around, gave mom a nice big wave for the camera and was off to play with the cousins.

He was being awfully shy tonight and wouldn't show Aunt Carla his recently expanded vocabulary. Aunt Cheslie sure tried hard to get him to talk but he had other things on his mind.

I have to say this was the only pic I got of most of the kids.

Savannah was NOT camera shy at all!!

Jager finally got to his favorite part of the party and spent quite a few of Bary's quarters riding in circles.

This was a cute CHEESE we got from Braegan. Pizza faced and all.

And last but not least, the birthday boy. After eating cake and ice cream he opened presents. Jager gave him a camoflauge sleeping bag and when Jager took to to give to Brogan, Brogan asked how to open it. I showed him the draw string and told him that it was a sleeping bag and that we probably shouldn't get it out. Brogan quickly responded with a "Well thats cool!" , gave Jager a hug and ran off to finish the rest of the presents.

It was a fun party and we sure missed those of you who couldn't make it!!

FRIDAY NIGHT FAMILY FUN

As we were getting ready this morning, I asked Jaron to get Jager dressed and to do his hair. They got the clothes part done but when Jager walked in to get me he was wearing a hat....typical Jaron. lol The best part of it is that Jager will never leave a hat on so this was a record time for him. Infact, he got mad anytime we even tried to touch it. He wanted to be just like his daddy and wear a hat!!

Tonight is just another Friday night for us....Jager is extremely hyper because dad is home to play with him and they are having a good time watching the basketball games. I just wanted to post these cute pics of us playing with Jager.

He is such a sweetheart and a great blessing to us. Its amazing that you can have so much love for such a small child!!

You are the best daddy in the world. Jager looks up to you so much and it's funny to see how he's already starting to immitate the things that you do. He's definately going to be your hunting buddy.

As for me, I love you so much! Thank you so much for all the support you have given me through the years. I couldn't have made it through any of those hard times without you! You are my everything!!! From that crazy first day we met, till forever... there is no one I would rather spend eternity with. Forever and always !!

MY BUSY, BUSY BOY!!

Well it's sad to say but I'm afraid we are starting into the "terrible two's" stage. He is absolutely in to everything and I feel like I am constantly chasing him around telling him to get out of things. He is quite the kid! For instance....
I was just on the phone with Jaron, and Jager had been too quiet the whole time so I went to check on him and he had got into his "snack cupboard" and dumped an entire bag of Jaron's trail mix all over the floor!
To top it off....he knew what he wanted. He had picked through it all and had a mouth full of M&M's, with his cheeks covered in chocolate. Can you tell that he's also starting to figure out how to undress himself?? He is trying to talk, which the majority you can start to understand, but what you cant understand, he gets really frustrated and whines.... He is an absolute sweetheart though, and I would not trade him for anything!!!
(sigh) any tips anyone??

A BIRTHDAY PARTY FOR JARON

We started off our morning with Jaron and Jager building a "hut". This was offically a first for Jager and he loved every minute of it!! He also though it was pretty neat that it was big enough for dad to fit in there with him at the same time. haha he's all boy and yes he did get upset when we took it down to get the house cleaned up for the birthday party.
So to start over, we decided that since Jaron is going to be turning 25 that we would invite the family over and have lunch and cake and ice cream. The little boys had a ball with the balloons and Jager thought it was pretty funny to let go of his and let Grandpa Greg get it for him.
Even though Jaron didn't want me to do a party for him, I think he liked having his family over and it wasnt as bad as he thought it would be. The attention that is. However, he did say that next time we are buying the number candles because he didnt think it was very funny that we had to open two boxes of candles to get enough for the cake.

My mom and dad got him a nice back massager for those long days of hiking at work.
His mom and dad got him some money, which I'm sure we all know what he will be using it for....
Jaron couldnt quite figure out why Colton gave him an iPod cover case.....
Until he opened the present from Jager and I.
I think he liked it.

He's already buggin me to get off the computer so he can upload some songs so I better stop blogging.
Thanks for coming Greg, Michelle, Whitney, Cheslie, Mom, Colton, and Grandma!!!
and.....
Happy Birthday Jaron!!! love ya babe.

OOPS!

We recieved a package in the mail yesterday from chase that had our "Christmas Presents" from him. He had sent us all clothes from Fiji and oh my goodness Jager looked so cute! My mom and I each got a wrap thing that is the dresses that they wear and a few shirts. We still need to figure out the dress though because it can be worn in multiple different ways. Colton, dad and Jaron each got a couple of flower shirts and a sulu. ( the skirt things) and last but not least Jager. I had no idea they were even made this small but obviously so. Chase had sent a black and blue sulu and about four shirts for Jager. He looks so cute in them. I'm sure his uncle Chase would be proud. So, we are all going to get dressed up one of these days and take a picture in our Fijiian clothes to send to Chase so I will have to make sure to post the picture.
Also, sorry about the blog changes, TCBOTB is down so I was trying to get a background off of another site and I could not get it to work. This will have to do until TCBOTB is back up and running. hopefully soon!

MAMMA MIA!!

We had a pretty slow night at work the other night so we watched parts of Mamma Mia. I love musicals and this one is a good one! Jaron refuses to watch it. Actually he refuses to watch any kind of musical but I watched the whole thing today and LOVE IT!! It is so cute... so since Jaron really has nothing to do with this blog thing, I am posting the soundtrack as my playlist for a while. Hope you like it!!

LUNCH BREAK

Today Jager and I got a phone call from Jaron at lunch. He had been working in town so Jaron and Brandon decided to call me and Becky to see if we wanted to meet them for lunch. We ended up going to McDonalds and Jager had a ball!! He loved that Mason was there to start with but then he figured out that he could play on the slide and it made things even better. He never got the nerve up to go too far up but he thought he was a daredevil. We had a lot of the Belnap family there with us so there were lots of kids for Jager to play with. It was fun to get to visit with everyone and nice to actually see Jaron during the day on a weekday. He never gets a lunch hour.
Sorry the pics arent that great. It was with my camera phone.

I also just wanted to post these cute pics of Jager from the other night. He was a mess because we had eaten enchilladas for dinner but they are still cute!

Also, this is my latest addition to the home decor. It's called a "Big Time Clock" and it was pretty fun to put up. I'm not finished with it yet. I still want to make a vinyl saying to put above it and add some decoration in the middle but it's getting close. I'll post another pic when I finish it. So cute!
